Josh & Jill McCann

Lead Pastors
Josh and Jill are our Lead Pastors here at Columbia Heights Assembly.  They have been married since 2002 and have been on staff at Columbia Heights Assembly since that time. They have served as  youth pastors for 11+ years until transitioning into the Senior Associate role in 2014 and in 2017 became Lead Pastors at Columbia Heights Assembly. They are parents to two outstanding sons, Justus and Jayden, and two incredible daughters, Elly and Elizabeth.

Levi & Alyssa Sturgeon

Family Discipleship Pastors
Levi and Alyssa have served in various roles at the church since 2013 and currently serve as our Family Discipleship Pastors. They have been married since June of 2011 and have three amazing children: Zoe, Ember, and Titus. They enjoy charcuterie boards, going on vacation, playing sports, and talking about real estate. Levi is continuing his education by currently pursuing a Master’s of Divinity Degree at Global University.

Kent & Pam Doehne

Financial Directors
Kent and Pam have been married over 40 years and been part of church staff since 1980. They first were Youth Pastors serving our students for 12 years before becoming associate pastors for 12 more.  They were lead pastors at Columbia Heights Assembly until 2004 and then moved into the Executive/Associate role where they served another 12 years. In 2017 they transitioned into our finical director role.  They have three kids and eight grandchildren.

Luke & Jess Knoll

Worship Pastors
Luke and Jess joined our team the fall of 2021 as Worship Pastors after serving ten years across two churches in Canada (Surrey, BC + Sherwood Park, AB). They met while attending Pacific Life Bible College in 2011 and  have been married since May 2013. They have three beautiful kiddos: Norah, Zoey, and Seth. They enjoy being outside, connecting with  friends, being creative, and having  meaningful discussions.

Dani Klee

Youth Director
Dani has been serving at Columbia Heights since 2012. She became a leader in our youth ministry her senior year of high school and in 2020 transitioned in as our Youth Director. Currently she is attending Portland Bible College where she will be getting her associates in theology. Her heart is to see the next generation rise up in faith and live out the calling God has placed on their life.

Zohie Cadwell

Outreach Coordinator

Zohie joined our church in 2017 and has increasingly become more involved. She came on staff in 2020 and currently serves as our Outreach Coordinator and Office Coordinator.  Currently she is attending Portland Bible College where she will be graduating with an associates in theology. She has a heart to see the city of Longview reached for God.

Lyle & Miriam Prather 

Celebrate Recovery Pastors
CHAPLAIN LYLE PRATHER, Ph.D is founder and former director/senior chaplain of Cowlitz Chaplaincy. In 2010 he received his Masters Chaplain cert. with ICPC. A member of National Christian Counselors Association with a Ph.D. in Counseling. Lyle and Miriam became the pastors of our Celebrate Recovery Program in  2013. He is married, father of four, grandfather to twelve and great-grandfather of four.
